ON 06/10/2015, AT APPROXIMATELY 14:30, A CONTRACTOR WORKING AT COWDEN STATION NOTICED CRUDE OIL LEAKING FROM A CRACKED 1/4"" THREADED NIPPLE AND IMMEDIATELY NOTIFIED ENTERPRISE PERSONNEL. THE NIPPLE WAS ISOLATED, REPLACED AND CLEAN -UP WAS COMPLETED.
