CONTRACT CRUDE HAULER UNLOADING AT LACT UNIT. CONTRACTORS HOSE RUPTURED CAUSING SPILL. CONTAMINATED SOIL AND GRAVEL WAS REMOVED, NEW SOIL AND GRAVEL WAS PLACED IN THE EXCAVATION.
