DURING HURRICANE/TROPICAL STORM HARVEY, PORTIONS OF SOUTH TEXAS INCLUDING THE BEAUMONT/VIDOR AREA EXPERIENCED RECORD FLOODING. DURING THIS TIME THAT INCLUDED HIGH FLOOD WATERS AND SEVERE TURBULENCE IN THE NECHES RIVER THE INCIDENT DESCRIBED IN THIS REPORT OCCURRED. CENTERPOINT ENERGY IS AWARE OF TWO LARGE SHIPS AND SEVERAL TUGBOATS NEAR THE LOCATION WHERE CENTERPOINT ENERGY'S PIPELINE WAS DAMAGED.
