A CONTRACTOR WITH MILLER ENVIRONMENTAL BACKED INTO TO OUR GARDENDALE ABOVE GROUND PIPING PIG LAUNCHER AND BROKE OFF A 1 INCH VALVE THAT WAS UNDER NORMAL FLOWING PRESSURE.
