AIR PATROL DISCOVERED THE RELEASE. A BACKHOE WAS CALLED OUT; CONTAMINATED SOIL WAS REMOVED AND HAULED TO REMEDIATION SITE AND REPLACED WITH NEW TOP SOIL. THE PIPE HAD A CLAMP INSTALLED TO STOP THE LEAK.
