AT APPROXIMATELY 10:10 AM ON 11/02/15, AN ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEE NOTICED A 15 GALLON LEAK DUE TO A VALVE PACKING FAILURE ON MOV 6003. THE LEAK WAS CONTAINED ON SITE AND ALL OIL WAS RECOVERED AND REMEDIATED. THE VALVE PACKING HAS BEEN REPLACED.
