"THE 1968 STEEL 8"" SYSTEM IS BEING REPLACED WITH 8"" HD PLASTIC. DUE TO ONGOING REPLACEMENT WORK BEING PERFORMED, THE LINE HAD NOT YET BEEN BACKFILLED IN THE FAILED AREA. AN EXISTING 8"" STEEL TO STEEL STYLE 38 DRESSER COUPLING PULLED APART. THE EXISTING COUPLING APPEARS TO HAVE SEPARATED DUE TO LACK OF SUPPORT."
