ON 4/4/16 A PIN HOLE WAS DISCOVERED BY A KINDER MORGAN EMPLOYEE ON AN ABOVE GROUND PIPE HANGER SUPPORT INSIDE THE PLANT. SOIL REMEDIATION AND REPAIRS TO THE PIPE WERE COMPLETED.
