"VALVE BODY BLEEDER CONNECTION (UNDERGROUND) WAS FOUND TO BE LOOSE TO THE POINT OF LEAKING SLIGHTLY AFTER 49 YEARS IN SERVICE. NO SPECIFIC ROOT CAUSE WAS IDENTIFIED. FITTING SHOWED NO SIGNS OF DAMAGE, CORROSION, OR UNUSUAL WEAR. FITTING WAS REPLACED AS A PRE-CAUTIONARY MEASURE."
