APPROXIMATELY 14 BBLS OF CRUDE OIL WERE RELEASED FROM THE SEAL ON A TANK MIXER. A BEARING ON THE MIXER WENT OUT, CAUSING VIBRATION, WHICH LED TO FAILURE OF THE SEAL. THIS MIXER HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE.
