ON 06-06-16 AT APPROXIMATELY 11:20 LOCAL OPERATING PERSONNEL NOTICED CRUDE OIL DRIPPING FROM THE MIXER SEAL ON TANK 3903. THE MIXER WAS LOCKED OUT AND THE SEAL REPLACED. ALL CRUDE WAS CLEANED-UP AND MIXER RETURNED TO SERVICE.
