CANTON REFINERY PERSONNEL NOTIFIED EAST SPARTA AREA (MPL) PERSONNEL OF A LEAK THAT WAS DISCOVERED AROUND UNIT #1. APPROXIMATELY 20 GALLONS OF DIESEL FUEL WAS RELEASED TO A CONCRETE CONTAINMENT. CAUSE OF RELEASE WAS IDENTIFIED AS INBOARD SEAL FAILURE, WHICH WAS REPLACED PRIOR TO RESTARTING THE PIPELINE.
