TECHNICIAN IDENTIFIED A PLUG VALVE WITH A SMALL LEAK/WEEP. THE VALVE IS SUSPECTED TO HAVE LEAKED DURING THE NIGHT AND WAS DISCOVERED AT 08:15AM (MST). NOTIFICATIONS WERE MADE AND VOLUME WAS CALCULATED TO BE 11.9 GALLONS. UPON INSPECTION AND ATTEMPTED REPAIR THE VALVE WAS REPLACED WITH ANOTHER VALVE.
