ON 08/09/16 AT APPROXIMATELY 2:42 PM, A PIN HOLE LEAK CAUSED BY SAND BLASTING ACTIVITY DURING A PLANNED ILI REHAB RESULTED IN THE RELEASE OF .6 BARRELS OF CRUDE OIL. A PLIDCO CLAMP WAS IMMEDIATELY INSTALLED TO STOP THE LEAK. ON 08/11/16, TYPE B SLEEVE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED.
