EMPLOYEE PERFORMING FIELD INSPECTION FOUND STAINING ON TANK 52 CONCRETE FOUNDATION. AUTOMATIC TANK GAUGING AND MANUAL GAUGING CONFIRMED UNDETECTABLE AMOUNT OF PRODUCT LEAKED. TANK IS CONTINUOUSLY MONITORED WITH NO LOSS DETECTED. TANK WAS INSPECTED (API 653) AND NECESSARY REPAIRS MADE AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
