ON 10/11/2016 AT APPROXIMATELY 13:30 LOCAL OPERATING PERSONNEL WAS MAKING STATION ROUNDS AND NOTICED A PACKING FAILURE ON THE INLET MOV TO THE STATION. THE CRUDE WAS CLEANED UP AND PACKING WAS INJECTED.
