A TECHNICIAN WAS ON-SITE TO CHANGE OUT THE UNIT FILTERS AND DURING REFILL, A SMALL DRAIN VALVE WAS LEFT OPEN. ONCE RELEASE WAS DISCOVERED, THE VALVE WAS CLOSED. ALL PRODUCT WAS IMMEDIATELY CLEANED UP.
