AT 9:33 AM ATMOS ENERGY WEST TEXAS CONFIRMED DISCOVERY. A THIRD-PARTY VEHICLE OPERATOR WAS OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE WHEN CLEANING WHILE PARKED IN AN ALLEY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT SECURELY PARKED RESULTING IN THE VEHICLE ACCELERATING FORWARD INTO A RESIDENTIAL GAS METER AND CAUSING AN IGNITION OF GAS.
