Incident Narrative
DURING A STATION CHECK, THE INBOUND PIG TRAP DOOR WAS FOUND TO BE LEAKING. THE PIG TRAP WAS ISOLATED AND LOCKED OUT. ALL REQUIRED NOTIFICATIONS WERE MADE. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT A GASKET WAS LEAKING. OPERATIONS ADDRESSED DOOR GASKET ISSUE. 10 DRUMS OF CONTAMINATED SOIL WAS REMOVED.
