EMPCO EMPLOYEE DISCOVERED THE MIXER ON TANK 2182 LEAKING THROUGH THE GEARBOX TO THE SOIL. APPROXIMATELY 25 BARRELS OF DIESEL WAS RELEASED INSIDE THE TANK FIREWALL.
