MOISTURE ACCUMULATED IN PILOT SUPPLY. FREEZING WEATHER CONDITIONS RESULTED IN LACK OF SUPPLY PRESSURE AND ACTIVATION OF VALVE. VALVE WAS REFURBISHED BY QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN ON 1/11/18.
