Incident Narrative
A THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTOR DAMAGED A SERVICE LINE WITH A TORCH AT 314 CONTINENTAL DRIVE IN GREENVILLE, SC. THE CONTRACTOR RECEIVED BURNS TO HIS LEGS AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL WHICH REQUIRED AN OVERNIGHT STAY AT THE BURN UNIT. THE INCIDENT RESULTED IN A LOSS OF 12 CUSTOMERS.
