FIELD OPERATOR ARRIVED ON SITE AT MORIARTY STATION AND FOUND THE CLOSURE PRESSURE WARNING INDICATOR LOCK BOLT O-RING HAD FAILED. RELEASING 30 GALLONS OF CRUDE OIL ON THE GROUND NEAR THE RECEIVER. THE O-RING WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE. THE LEAK WAS REPAIRED PROMPTLY.
