ON DECEMBER 21,2018 CITY UTILITIES WERE CALL OUT TO A HOUSE EXPLOSION AT 404 PINE IN DUMAS, TEXAS UTILITIES WERE TURNED OFF AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT SEWER GAS WAS THE FAULT OF THE EXPLOSION
