"ATMOS ENERGY'S SECOND-PARTY CONTRACTOR WAS ATTEMPTING TO COMPLETE A STOPPLE FITTING WHEN THE COMPLETION PLUG WAS EJECTED, RESULTING IN INJURIES TO THREE CONTRACTOR EMPLOYEES AND A RELEASE OF NATURAL GAS. A MAINLINE VALVE WAS CLOSED, ELIMINATING THE RELEASE OF NATURAL GAS."
