A WRONG HI/HI SET POINT VALUE CONTRIBUTED TO TANK 202 BEING OVER FILLED. AT 37.6 FT OIL STARTED COMING OUT OF THE VENTS AT THE TOP OF THE TANK. TOTAL ESTIMATE OF BARRELS OF OIL ON THE GROUND IS 262 BBLS. THE SET POINT VALUE HAS NOW BEEN CORRECTED.
