AT APPROXIMATELY AT APPROXIMATELY 9:50 AM ON THE CORNER OF STELTON RD AND JESSE WAY IN PISCATAWAY A SUB-CONTRACTOR WORKING FOR LUCAS BROTHERS WAS MILLING OUTSIDE OF THE SCOPE OF THE MARK OUT AND HIT A DRIP RISER. POLICE AND FIRE ARE ON THE SCENE.
