THIRD-PARTY DRIVER FAILED TO CONTROL A VEHICLE AND VEERED OFF THE ROADWAY APPROXIMATELY 20' AND STRUCK A DOMESTIC METER SETTING LOCATED ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE. A FIRE ENSUED AND DAMAGED BOTH THE STRUCTURE AND THE VEHICLE. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS A FINAL REPORT.
