UNIT 1 WAS EASTBOUND ON THE 10000 BLOCK OF AMARILLO BLVD EAST. UNIT 1 FAILED TO CONTROL SPEED STRIKING CHAIN LINK FENCE AND NW CORNER OF BUILDING OF 2014 EAGLE LANE LODGING THE VEHICLE ON A METER RISER CAUSING AN IGNITION OF NATURAL GAS.
