"A THIRD PARTY CONTRACTOR DAMAGED A 4-INCH STEEL FEEDER LINE. THERE WERE NO LOCATES REQUESTED FOR THE SITE. GAS WAS MADE SAFE ON FEBRUARY 26, 2020 AT 14:44 BY WELDING TWO 4-INCH SHORT STOPS ON THE MAIN AND SHUTTING IT DOWN. A 4-INCH PUMPKIN WAS WELDED OVER THE DAMAGE TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR. THE AMOUNT OF GAS LOSS EXCEEDED THE 3 MILLION CUBIC FEET THRESHOLD FOR A FEDERAL REPORTABLE INCIDENT."
