TWO E&I TECHS WERE AT MLV 10 TO DO BATTERY PM'S WHEN THEY NOTICED THE BUTTON HEAD ON HV7450 4' BYPASS VALVE STARTED LEAKING. ONCE THE LEAK WAS KNOW TO PIPELINE OPS, WE HEADED TO MLV 10 AND INJECTED SEALANT INTO BYPASS VALVE AND STOPPED THE LEAK.
