"ON 5/22/2024 AT 9:45 AM CDT, DURING STATION ROUNDS, ENTERPRISE OPERATOR IDENTIFIED A CRUDE RELEASE ON TANK LINE 5661 AT MIDLAND TANK FARM; APPROXIMATELY 40 BARRELS OF CRUDE OIL HAS RELEASE. THE LEAK HAS BEEN ISOLATED AND REMEDIATED. APPARENT CAUSE HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED TO BE INTERNAL CORROSION, AND B-SLEEVE WAS INSTALLED TO REPAIR THE PIPE."
