TECHNICIAN PERFORMING ROUNDS SMELLED PRODUCT NEAR 20"" PUMP PIPING VAULT. FURTHER INSPECTION LED TO DISCOVERY OF A LARGE POOL OF PRODUCT IN THE VAULT. SOURCE WAS QUICKLY IDENTIFIED AS 20"" CONTROL VALVE.
