A LANDOWNER CAME ACROSS AN ACTIVE UNDERGROUND LEAK AND REPORTED IT. ONCE WES WAS NOTIFIED, AND THE SPILL WAS CONFIRMED, AN OPERATOR WAS DISPATCHED TO SHUT THE LINE IN. VACUUM TRUCKS WERE DISPATCHED TO ASSIST WITH FLUID RECOVERY. THE PIPELINE WAS SHUT IN, 6FT SECTION WAS REMOVED FOR EXAMINATION, NEW PIPING SECTION ADDED, AND PIPELINE RESTARTED.
