ON 12/27/2022 AT 4:05 CST, ENTERPRISE PIPELINE TECHNICIAN DISCOVERED A CRUDE LEAK FROM DRAIN PIPE OF A TANK AT CUSHING STATION, 3 BARRELS OF OIL REACHED THE GROUND. THE LEAK WAS ISOLATED AND SOIL REMEDIATED. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE FLANGE GASKET FAILED. AFTER AN INVESTIGATION, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE MATERIAL OF THE GASKET WAS WORN OUT AND THE FREEZE WAS CONTRIBUTING FACTOR. THE GASKET WAS REPLACED.
