"ON 12/15/2024 AT 11:15 AM CST, DURING STATION ROUNDS, ENTERPRISE OPERATOR IDENTIFIED A LEAK WITHIN THE APPELT TANK FARM FACILITY ON TANK LINE 210-120; IT WAS ESTIMATED THAT 0.1 BARREL OF CRUDE OIL WAS RELEASED. THE LINE WAS ISOLATED, AND CLAMP WAS INSTALLED. THE CAUSE HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED TO BE INTERNAL CORROSION AT A 6 O'CLOCK POSITION. THE CLAMP WAS REMOVED AND B-SLEEVE HAS BEEN INSTALLED."
