"ON 12/19/2024 AT 11:40 CST KM CONFIRMED A 1-BARREL RELEASE FROM A BURIED 2IN FLANGE ON THE BP 18 LOW POINT BLEED LINE. THE LINE WAS SHUT DOWN, AND REMEDIATION EFFORTS WERE COMPLETED. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION, THE GASKET ON THE FLANGE FAILED. THE GASKET WAS REPLACED, AND THE LINE WAS PLACED BACK IN SERVICE."
