UNDERGROUND SOLUTIONS TRENCHED INTO ONG'S 2"" PE MAIN WHILE INSTALLING A FIBER OPTIC LINE. IGNITION OF THE GAS OCCURRED FROM THE OPERATOR ACTIVATING AN ELECTRIC SHUT-OFF SWITCH TO THE TRENCHER. REPAIRS COMPLETE AND SERVICE RESTORED SAME DAY.
