Incident Narrative
ORYX/PLAINS OPERATOR NOTIFIED CR PERMIAN CRUDE THAT THERE WAS A LEAK AT OUR METER SKID. WE FOUND THE AIR ELIMINATOR LEAKING INTO THE ENVIRO PAN, AND THAT THE ENVIRO PAN HAD OVERFILLED. WE LOST APPROXIMATELY 1.4 BBLS OF CRUDE OIL ONTO THE GROUND. THE AIR ELIMINATORS ARE BEING REMOVED FROM THIS DELIVERY POINT.
