THE THREADED CONNECTION TO THE SAMPLING SOLENOID LOOSENED AND DEVELOPED THE LEAK. THE LEAK WAS CONTAINED ON COMPANY PROPERTY AND CLEANED PROMPTLY. THE SOLENOID REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE. PLAN TO PREVENT REOCCURRENCE LISTED BELOW ENSURE VIBRATION CHECK IS COMPLETED ON THE ARP TO TYLER BOOSTER PUMP. ENSURE PIPING FOR THE SAMPLE SOLENOID MEETS OR EXCEEDS SCHEDULE 80.
