ON 3/13/2023 AT 14:30, TERMINAL OPERATOR LOCATED CRUDE OIL RELEASE ON A DISCHARGE PIPING SUPPORTING M2E3 BOOSTERS AT MIDLAND TANK FARM; 25 BARRELS OF PRODUCT RELEASED TO THE GROUND. THE SYSTEM WAS SHUT DOWN AND AFFECTED PIPE WAS ISOLATED. THE CAUSE WAS DETERMINED TO BE INTERNAL CORROSION. PIPE SECTION WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE.
