"A THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTOR CAME INTO CONTACT WITH A 2"" PL GAS MAIN AT HARDEN ST. AND SLIGHS AVE. IN COLUMBIA, SC ON THE AFTERNOON OF SATURDAY, MAY 3, 2025. NO CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCED AN INTERRUPTION OF GAS SERVICE AS A RESULT OF THE INCIDENT. THE REPAIR COST WAS OVER THE $5000.00 REPORTABLE THRESHOLD. THE TOTAL COST OF REPAIR IS: $78,217.65. THE LOST GAS EXCEEDED THE 3000 MCF PHMSA REPORTABLE THRESHOLD AND TOTALED 4173 MCF."
