ON 4/17/2023 AT 19:45 CST, DURING STATION ROUNDS, ENTERPRISE OPERATOR DISCOVERED A CRUDE RELEASE AT PHASE 1 MANIFOLD AT APPELT TERMINAL. THE LEAK WAS ISOLATED AND REMEDIATED. THE CAUSE HAS BEEN DETERMINED TO BE AN INTERNAL CORROSION. A PLIDCO CLAMP HAS BEEN INSTALLED, AND PIPELINE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO SERVICE. TO PREVENT RECURRENCE A BELZONA WRAP WAS APPLIED, AND A QUARTERLY FLUSHING PROGRAM IS IN PLACE. TRRC WAS NOTIFIED ON 4/17/2023 AT 20:37 CST. INITIAL NRC NOTIFICATION WAS MADE ON 4/17/2023 AT 20:42 CST. NRC 48-HOUR UPDATE HAS BEEN MADE ON 4/19/2023 AT 9:28 CST.
