"ON MARCH 19,2025, WESTERN MIDSTREAM FIELD PERSONNEL DISCOVERED A LEAK COMING FROM THE BODY BLEED VALVE ON THE SILVERTIP CTB OIL LATERAL PIPELINE. PIPELINE OPERATIONS RESPONDED AND ISOLATED THE LEAK AT 1:54 P.M. WESTERN MIDSTREAM CONFIRMS CRUDE OIL RELEASE AMOUNT OF 7.14 GALLONS. WESTERN MIDSTREAM DETERMINED THE VALVE THREADED CONNECTION UNFASTENED DUE TO THERMAL STRESS. PIPELINE OPERATOR IS DBM OIL SERVICES, LLC."
