"ON 5/4/2025 AT 10:30 A KM EMPLOYEE ENTERED THE EPPING FACILITY AND DISCOVERED THE PUTNAM 2/3 PUMP WAS LEAKING FROM A THREADED CONNECTION. THE KM EMPLOYEE IMMEDIATELY SHUT OFF THE PUMP. 9.6 BARRELS OF CRUDE OIL SPILLED INTO SECONDARY CONTAINMENT. THE AREA WAS REMEDIATED, AND THE PUMP WAS REPAIRED."
