"A CONTRACTOR WAS INSTALLING A SEWER MAIN USING A DIRECTIONAL DRILLER. DURING THE PROCESS THE CONTRACTOR DRILLED INTO AN 8-INCH DISTRIBUTION MAIN. ORIGINALLY WHEN THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED THE PRICE POINT FOR DAMAGE WAS SUSPECTED TO BE AROUND THE (30000) DOLLAR RANGE. IT WAS AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION THAT AN ADDITIONAL (400) FEET OF LINE WAS DAMAGED AND NEED TO BE REPLACED, UPPING THE PRICE POINT FOR DAMAGES."
