"8/8/2025 -DURING A WALK THROUGH, A CONTRACTOR OBSERVED AND REPORTED STAINING AROUND THE CHIME AREA FOR TANK 7504. AT THE TIME OF DISCOVERY, THERE WAS EVIDENCE OF APPROXIMATELY 1 GALLON OF ULSHO RELEASED FROM THE TANK. THE TANK WAS EMPTIED AND TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE FOR INSPECTION AND REPAIR. AS OF THIS DATE, THE DEFECT HAS NOT BEEN LOCATED, TANK FLOOR WILL BE SAND BLASTED TO FURTHER EVALUATE THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK. 10/6/2025- IMTT INSPECTED THE FLOOR EXTENSIVELY, WITHOUT ANY SIGNS OF FAILURE. IMTT MADE THE DECISION TO ABANDON THE INSPECTION OF THE FLOOR AND PERFORM A FULL TANK BOTTOM REPLACEMENT. THE REPAIRS ARE EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED BY MID DECEMBER."
