OPERATORS NOTICED A REDUCTION IN PIPELINE PRESSURE AND COMPLETED A LINE FLIGHT. DURING LINE FLIGHT A SHEEN WAS DISCOVERED AND THE PIPELINE WAS SUBSEQUENTLY PLACED OUT OF SERVICE. PIPELINE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO SERVICE AND COX IS IN THE PROCESS OF FORMULATING A PLAN FOR DECOMMISSIONING THE PIPELINE IN PLACE.
