"FOUND SMALL LEAK AT THE STOPPLE FLANGE GASKET DURING EXCAVATION. AFTER SECURING THE LEAK, THE STOPPLE WAS TAKEN OUT OF THE SYSTEM, AND THE CONTAMINATED SOIL WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A CLEAN BACKFILL."
