"AT 11:00, ON DECEMBER 4TH, 2025, DURING NORMAL OPERATOR ROUNDS, A RELEASE WAS DISCOVERED BY OPERATOR PERSONNEL. THE RELEASE WAS ON AN OVERHEAD ROAD CROSSING INSIDE THE FACILITY. OPERATOR PERSONNEL IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED, LINE WAS SHUT DOWN, NOTIFICATIONS MADE, AND A LEAK CLAMP WAS INSTALLED. AFTER INVESTIGATION, IT WAS DETERMINED THE RELEASE WAS DUE TO EXTERNAL CORROSION IN A SADDLE SUPPORT BRACE. THE LINE WAS REPAIRED WITH A PERMANENT SLEEVE. ."
